After some recent discussion on the Gameware forums, many people have shown interest in basing the Creatures Community Spirit Festival 2008 on the Creatures Wiki rather than on any individual's site. The general attitude is that this will give it a much more communal feel than previous festivals. This plan was scrapped after the closure of the Gameware forums.
A suggested theme for 2008 is Back to our Roots.
A date suggested for the CCSF was to coincide with the tenth anniversary of Creatures 2, released 27th August 1998, but it was then decided to run the CCSF over the twelve days of Christmas.
The CCSF for '08 was scheduled to begin on December 25th, and ran through into the new year.
