Stefan Kuske was a COBbler in the Creatures Community. He created many interesting COBs for C1 and C2, many announced on alt.games.creatures. He first posted to alt.games.creatures back in July of 1997, and started posting COBs for download from his website not long after. His website was located at http://home.t-online.de/home/stefan.kuske/creat.htm with a mirror at http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Vista/7316/. Neither are active or archived at this time.
Currently his work can be found at various C1 sites such as CObfinder General, Norntropolis and TazzMann's CREATUREs UNIVERSE.
